Had partners across Australia and Internationally to provide selectively discounted purchases form developments that were distressed due to builder or developer constraints. As we provided saving that were between 5-15% off market pricing was very successful in a brief time, unfortunately, the issue described earlier with our CEO meant this was parked until a future time.
