There are so many different types of therapies it’s hard to know which one is right for you, let alone who to trust with your deepest thoughts and feelings. So here’s a little bit about me and what I do. If you feel we would be a good team then contact me today, because a counsellor like any relationship needs to be a good fit to work effectively.

Trained as a mental health support worker, a qualified counsellor and now specialising in ACT Therapy, I have spent much of my life seeking the best way to help people better understand feelings of stress, anxiety, depression and improving self confidence. Simply having someone to talk to through the tougher times can help you get back on track when you’re feeling overwhelmed. By applying general counselling techniques and the ACT model, we work together to find the best path forward for you.
